A small moon jar in flowing greens and blues, wheel-thrown by hand in my Beavertown, Pennsylvania studio. Its round, gentle form and layered colors give it a quiet presence - a sculptural accent for a shelf or table, or a vase for short-stemmed blooms. It is also well suited to ikebana flower arranging.
Because it is handmade, slight variations in shape and glaze are part of its character - no two are exactly alike.
Hand washing recommended to preserve the glaze.
