Handmade products All items sold by Shade Mountain Pottery are handmade. Variations in color, glaze, texture, size, and shape are normal and part of the beauty of handcrafted work. Product photos are representative; your piece may differ slightly from what is pictured.

Orders and payment All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

All sales are final Because every item is handmade and may have slight variations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Damaged items If your item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

Custom orders / commissions Custom pieces may require a deposit and longer production times (typically 2–4 weeks). Because custom work is made specifically for you, all custom orders are non-refundable.

Candle & product safety Candles and ceramic items must be used responsibly. Follow all included care and safety instructions. Shade Mountain Pottery is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse.

Intellectual property All content on this site — including photos, text, logos, and designs — is owned by Shade Mountain Pottery and may not be used without written permission.
